missingWrote a review on Dec 06cramped space
The room felt cramped, especially with ski gear, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. Pillows were uncomfortable with tiny designs, and beds didn’t offer the support you'd hope for after a long day. The shared onsen outside bath had only two bowls, presenting issues for larger groups looking to relax together. Elevators were inefficient, often forcing guests to navigate through the reception area unnecessarily, prolonging the journey.

Diving into Asahikawa's culinary scene was a total win, especially with the fresh sushi at Ishiwata Kocha only a quick stroll away! Don’t miss the cozy vibes at Cafe Coco Mameya for an aromatic coffee surprise. Plus, the rooftop onsen was a stellar highlight—seriously, relaxing in those warm waters after a day out was divine. The room's iPad feature added a nifty touch, making controls a breeze!

Comfortable Stay with Unique Tech Features
The tablet-controlled room added a modern touch to our stay. However, with only two lifts for 14 floors, plan your outings during off-peak times to avoid long waits. Enjoy the variety of average drinks provided in the lobby. Visiting families should try the local laundries nearby for convenience.

The spacious triple room easily accommodated our family, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast options featured high-quality organic products, though there weren’t many choices. The onsen provided a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the area. However, the elevators were insufficient for the number of guests, causing extended wait times, and only one coin-operated laundry was available.

clean and spacious but limited lift access
The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with soft towels available on request. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and they offered to keep our bags until check-in, which was very helpful. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. I also appreciated the modern feature of a tablet to control room settings, enhancing convenience.
The lift situation was a bit inconvenient during busy times.

The Standard Triple Room was a great size for our family of three. It was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were comfy, and the room had a cool tablet to control settings. Plus, we loved the onsen experience! Location-wise, being close to so much food and shopping was perfect for us.
